The Artists Repertory Theatre presents the Ore gon premier of Peter Barnes' controversial circus, Red Noses. Set in 14th Century France, this play follows Father Flote and his raging troupe of red nose clown/priests as they travel the countryside, fighting the horrifying effects of the Black Plague with the dangerous and healing power of laughter. Written in 1978, this play is relevant to today's wounded world.
