This isn’t just for lesbians,” said Jawea Mackabee of Lesbian Community Project. “ JEB’s slide show chronicles all six days during which 650,000 lesbians, gay men, and their friends came to Washington, D C. and made history. It’s a gift to us all.” Among the workshops scheduled for the conference are; Lesbian Couples and the Law, Reproductive Choice Issues for Alternative Families, Thinking of Having Children, Women with Women and Children, and Renters’ Rights and the New Fair Housing Amendments. Teenage lesbians are especially welcome and all under 18 will be admitted free of charge. The final evening of the conference will be used to outline lesbian concerns. A representa tive from LCP will take these concerns to the Lesbian Agenda Conference in March. ‘ ‘This last event is open to all lesbians free of charge,” said Mackabee. “ It’s so neat that our conference has the honor to hold a regional meeting. Lesbians always seem to work for change, yet their voices are not heard. This is a fantastic chance to voice our concerns. • E A T I N w u - is iu •••*.• • G V:.- a n w iiN y u u i o w n s u w m ________ V: ï •,*. V . - ........ V l : ......................
