Douglas County Gay Archives is a repository for
materials relevant to the rural homophile

Gay and Lesbian Support of Southern Oregon,
offers support and information for lesbians and

The Medford Gay Men's Support Group meets
weekly. (Wednesdays, Bob, 779-7324.)
The Lesbian and Gay Hotline provides informa­
tion and referrals on local resources and events,
AIDS information, as well as supportive listening.

Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays
(PFLAG) helps people deal with issues related to
their gay and lesbian children and friends. (First

The Southern Oregon Lambda Association is a
Rogue Valley-based organization of lesbians and
gay men with a newsletter, fund-raising parties,
AIDS education outreach, rap groups, outdoor
activities and an annual statewide campout. (First

The Lavender Steppers is a gay and lesbian
Narcotics Anonymous group that meets weekly.

The Metropolitan Community Church of
Roseburg celebrates Sunday services with the

The Gay and Lesbian and Community Alliance
is a student organization at Southern Oregon State
College that seeks to educate the non-gay com­
munity about gay and lesbian issues and to pro­
vide support and services to gay and lesbian stu­
