A grant for $15,000 from the Needmore Foundation will be used for full-time staff salary. The other two grants. $5.(XX) from the Ms. Foundation an! $2.(XX) from the Funding Exchange/National Community Funds will help with general sup- port o f the Lesbian Community Project. LCP also will receive a small gift from a local group called The Funding Conspiracy. " It is LCP’s vision of self-sufficiency which encourages funders to support us in our initial stages." Cathy Siemens says as she thanks the national foundations for the grants to LCP. More than 150 women pledge $ 1,200 a month to the organization.
