was influenced by our marvelous bounty;
Chinook salmon, wild mushrooms, spring lamb,
golden delicious apples, fabulous wines.
And now during our James Beard Festival
our chefs will be preparing Beard’s
favorite Oregon recipes under the guidance
of the James Beard Foundation.
