sw im m ing every Tuesday and Thursday
evenings between 7 :00 and 8:00 p.m. at

youth group. It is one of the most exciting
things in Portland if you're 20 years old or
younger. Growing up gay in a heterosex­
ual environment is very difficult. Windfire
provides peer support in a non-judge-
mental atmosphere. Besides peer sup­
port, if you're looking for fun, W indfire is
most definitely for you. W indfire sponsors
picnics, parties, pot lucks, special events
and weekend camping trips.
Meetings are held on Thursday eve­
