KBOO, Portland’s only listener-sponsored
radio station, will present special Lesbian and
Gay Pride programming from 9 a m. to 2 p.m.

The Twelfth Annual Lesbian and Gay Pride
M arch and Rally will be held Saturday, June 20.
The march will begin in the North Park Blocks
at 10 a m. ending up at Tom McCall Waterfront
Park for the rally which starts at 1 p.m. The
theme o f this year's event is Proud, Strong,
United. KBOO Radio will be there live.
The Lesbian Community Project presents
“ Pride at the Pittock’’ an extravagant party for
women featuring live entertainment, the
Spirit o f Portlandia awards, complimentary
hors d ’oeuvres catered by Rubyfruit Cafe and
alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Tickets
sliding scale, $10 to $20 available at A
W oman’s Place Bookstore.

Portland Frontrunners Sixth Annual Stonewall
Run, I0K run and 2K tun run. Register at 8
a m . , race begins at 9 a m . at the Duniway Park
Track. Proceeds benefit the Cascade AIDS
Project.
