The prem iere production in the space is Se x tet, a new com edy by Portland playw right Tom Enyart. Sextet runs Thursday through Saturday at 8 00 PM and Sunday through Septem ber 1st. Duesenberg represents a dynam ic force in o rig ina l playw riting. It is the story of a Jew ish fa m ily whose wealth has delivered them from Poland and the Holocaust, but not from the fe e lig s of g u ilt and betrayal that surface when a young thief enters the ir lives. Like pieces in a chess game, each character moves independently yet ultim ately their destinies are intertwined. Duesenberg w ill play Frid a ys, Satur d ays, and Sundays through August 26. The Sunday, August 26 perform ance w ill be interpreted for the hearing- im paired by Jim and Sandy McKnight.
