Weather Report
Jacksonville, as the oldest town in Southern Oregon,
has more to offer tourists than any city in the valley—
and is making less effort to attract them. Practically
every town in this section of the state, with the excep
tion of Jacksonville, has built and equipped auto parks
and are untiring in efforts to make their localities attrac-
tivewto strangers. Many touring parties are in search of
future homes and it is to be expected that these people will
cast their lot with a town which shows itself to be pro
gressive and up-to-date. There are a number of ideal
locations for an auto camping ground in this city -all that
is necessary is to install water and a few camo cooking
facilities and let the traveling public kftow that Jackson
ville is prepared to welcome and entertain strangers.
