With the completion of our water system in sight and
a sewer system looming up it seems that the time is
about ripe to expect some new residents. As a residential
town Jacksonville is far ahead of any place in the valley;
it is only necessary to bring the many advantages of the
city to the attention of the public in order to start a
wholesale emigration of the well-to-do class to this place.
It is up to every loyal citizen to do their part in spreading
the good report.
