nominations of Five Hundred Dollars.

able in Twenty Years from date of

City of Jacksonville, Oregon, the ques­
tion of the issuance of the bonds herein
provided for by the said City of Jack­
sonville, for the said purpose, and the
bonds mentioned, provided for and de­
scribed in section 3 of this ordinance
shall not be issued until the same are
authorized by a majority of the quali­
fied bond voters within and of the said
City of Jacksonville, and the City Re­
corder of said City of Jacksonville, is
hereby directed, authorized and ordered
to publish a notice in The Jacksonville
Post for a period of not less than fif­
teen days prior to the date for holding
the said special election, and it is here­
by ordered that the said notice shall
