aliove named defendants, you and each of you are
hereby required to appear and answer the com­
plaint of Plaintiff filed in the above entitled court
and cause within six weeks of the date of the
first publication of this summons upon you,
which is the 22nd day of August. 1908, and if you
fail to appear in answer within the time required
by law, for want thereof the Plaintiff will apply
