The name of Oswald West will be written in
on the Democratic primary ballot for congress
man. West can beat Havvley if he takes of his
coat and goes to work.
"What this country needs today is not protec
tion foreign nations but defense against the ag
gressive inllueuces of the power of money in the
hands of a selfish and grasping few of its own
citizens", thus speaks Senator W orks of California.
The dividend patriots, their allied interests and
the tory newspapers received another repudiation
this week when Henry Kord received a large vote
in the Nebraska Republican primaries and may
carry the state. A few more expressions of senti
ment like this ought to convince a certain class
that if it wishes to kitten upon the dividends ot
militarism and war that several countries in
Europe are the only ones unlightened enough to
be victimized.
