M E Dll TO BE CELEBRATED WOMANS CLUB RESUMES WORK Following a suspension during the summer months, the Wo mans Club resumed activities last Wednesday. The meeting was held at the home of Mrs. K. C. Eldredge. An interesting feature of the business session was the election of a president Mrs. C .0 Sloper had previously been nominated ai d was unani mously elected. Reports were made on several activities and plans made for a “ Merry Mixer Meeting ” to be given by the Club for both the High and grade teachers at the M. E. Churjt Wednesday evening Oct. 26. The president appointed ap pointed the following committees to make complete arrangements for the evening. Program and entertainment: Mrs. Clpde Ecker, Mrs. J. E. Hubbard; Mrs. Oliver Smith and Mrs. J. S. Robbie. Refreshments: Mrs. O. D. Butler, Mrs. S. Tay lor Jones, Mrs. George Girard. Decorations: Mrs. D. P. McCarthy. Mrs. A. L. Thomas. Mrs A. R.
