purents, and lived here since. 1 >ie<l at
Pacific mine, Siskiyou, California, Sat*
urdav afternoon, from intlamation of
the bowels, aged 8 years, 9 months and
15 «lavs, lie was sick onlv tvrodavs, at-
tended by Dr. Songer.
Funeral at Congregational Church at
2 o’clock ycstvrdav ofternoon.
At the time of his death, Leslie was
living with his parents at Pacific mine.
While in Ashland, he was a memlier of
the Congregational Sunday School ami ;
wan well liked bv all who knew him.
Parents art* thankful to friends tor
kindness in their distress.
Don’t forget the Students’ Reception
on Friday evening of this week. Every­
one is invited to come and bring some­
thing to help make up the lap supper
and the evening an enjoyable occasion.
A short program will lie rendered,
followed by the lap supper and a good
time generally. The building will I m ?
lighted throughout.
