NORHAL SCHOOL NOTES.
Mi»« Ollie Marksburv went home Fri­
day evening to visit with relatives.
Jerom Fitzgerald sjient Saturday and
Sunday with his parents in Gold Hill.
Miss Potter, of Sam’s Valley, entered
school Monday

Rev. A. S. Foster and daughter, of
Medford, were visitors at theacmnd last
Thursday.
Mr. Sill, of (»rant’s Pass, entered
school last week ami is taking the Nor­
mal course.
Mr. C. A. Byrd, of Drain, visited the
school Saturday and was well pleased
with the same.
The first Sunday afternoon lecture
will be given next Sunday at 2:30, r. M.
Everyone
invited. Good music.

chapel exercises now and then.
A parly of students went out last Sat­
urday on a geological expedition ami
found many tinkiue specimens, which
were brought back amt added to Prof.
Storms’ department.

a foot Imll club. The following officers
were elected: Pres.. Prof. Vining; Vice
Pres.,Lester High ¡Captain of first team.
Prof. J, J. Berry; Captain of second

The Ashland Music Club is now estate

Reeser block, next door to the A dvkr -

The organisers of the club art» E. P.
Childs. B. R. Willits and G. C. Crary,
whose offices are as follows: B. R. Will­
is, director, E. P. Childs, assistant di­
rector; G. C. Crary, secretary and treas­
urer.
The object of the club is to cultivate
ami promote local musical talent, ami
to this end, the management will devote
their time and ability.
