of the citv of Medford.
Section 4. Tt is the opinion of the
council that snid smnnnt of two

amount the citv of Medford would
lie wnrronted in paving for said ease
ment nnd right of way and that if
said offer and tender is refnsed or
if said Tfnnlev does not announce
hi intention of accepting the snme
within threp dsv after snid offer
nnd tender is made, and in view of

to place nnv price on snid easement
nnd right of way. it is the opinion

shall accept said offer and tender,
