Stntes will be held at Madison Square
Garden and scores of inventive young;

According to the rules governing the
exhibition, any boy in the United States
under 21 years of ngc may enter mod
els or drawings of model kites, minia
ture gliders, aeroplanes, spherical bal
loons, dirigible or dirigible cars mo
tors suitable for model work, wireless
telegraph or telephones, etc., designed
or made by himself. No model shall
be more thau six feet in length over
all and preferably not more than four
or five feet. Any kind of motive pow
er may bo used.
