Webb, who is accused by the govern
ment of setting fire to several town
ships of timber land in the Klamath
forest reserve, Modoc county, Califor
nia, has been released on bonds in the

for trial. Webb is a miner living near

companion, Leslie Depew, applied a
match, Krnesl Olscn, aged 1J, held a
stick of dvnamile and the tatter lost
both of his hands in the explosion which
followed. Physicians who have been
working over him all night announced
early today that the Olsen boy would
probably live. If so he will be manned
for life. The Depew boy was also pain-
tolly injured.
