Foundation.
On too of this sub-foundation crushed

Wearing Surface,
On this prepared foundation shall be

weighed, in the proportions which have

be heated to between 200 degrees and
2.'0 degrees Fahrenheit: the amount
used in each batch shall be accurately
weighed and used in such proportions
as has been previously determined by
laboratory tests to give t he best re
sults and to fill the voids in the min
eral aggregate. The mixing shall br

uniform bituminous concrete. Tn this
condition it shall be hauled to the street
