Eddy as ft woman who spread infamous
; stories of cures by Christian Science
healing which had never been aecom-
i plishcd, at the stato house beforfl the
committee on public health, yesterday
morning, and challenging Alfred Farlow
the church's publicity agent, to produce
the name of a leper he had claimed had
leen healed by Christian treatment. At

was nonplussed at the afternoon session
when, following a second dare, much to
his discomfort, Mr. Farlow arose nnd

Itarrett, a physician of St. Louis, Mo,

and. addressing Mr. Pen body, asked him
