7 SQUARE DEAL
Th Rogue River Land Company has always contended thut
there ia no good reason why tbe real estate business cannot b
tarried on honorably and honestly, with due regard for the right
of both purchaser nnd landowner. Actuated by this opinion, the
rnmpany has never yet misrepresented as to the character of ths
oil or tho quality of the fruits produced on same, with the result
that all who havo bought orchards through this agency 10 far
rould sell out, if desirable, at nn advance of 100 to 500 per cent
nbove tbe purchase price. This is n history of which we are
proud, and we ehall continue along the name lines in the future.
Hon who come into this favored valley looking for a new place
of abode are entitled to fair treatment. We only nsk of theiu
th:it they will exerciwe ordinary business sagacity in investigating
the rommrces of the valley before buying.
There are three things the average investor wants, if he buvg
m iir try property in this valley. First and foremost, he wants a
home wnere he and his family can enjoy good health and the fruits
of this section. I'sually he wants to get (seated whvre he is within
e.isy reneh of the leading commercial centers and close to local
ni..r'cts. And he always wants property which will bring in a
i.o I income and is sun1 to advanee in value as the valley develops.
