ILWfliFi PEACEOF WORLD PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT DECIDES TO USE ALL HIS POWER AT COMING CONVENTION, Moroccan Conference and the Result It May Bring Has Spread to Thl Country. Washington, Jan. 0. Tho agitation In Europe ove tho - coming Mo roccan conference and the result It may bring has spread to this coun try, and officers here are now deeply Interested In the matter, because of the recontly developed view that tho American delegation to the conference Is the most potent factor at the gath ering. It has been believed here that the various European governments who ore so deeply Interested In the conference, notably France and Germany, had agreed to a programo which wonld be adhered to rigidly. Tho possibility of a split between these two govern ments on some of the questions In volved may throw tho United States into 'a position where Its delegates, with their votes, will have the power to settle the issue. In that event It Is considered the position of the United Stats may become ombarrasslng. From this it appears that Presi dent Roosevelt has again determined to use all his power in koeplng the world at pace.
