thousand dollars, with interest thereon at tbe
rate of 10 per cent per annum from Norember,
1901. until paid, together with the further sum
of one thousand dollara attorney's fees, with
interest theraon at the rate of S per cent per
annum until paid, together with the coats aad
disbursements of this suit taxed at sixty-seven
dollars, and whereas, H was ordered, adjudged
and decreed that fhe mortgage mentioned in
plaintiff's complaint herein be foreclosed and
the mortgaged premises described therein, to-
wit:
