More Cupid Arrows.
It was a quiet little event, indulged
in by quiet little people, which was
celebrated at the residence of Rev. W.
B. Moore on Sunday evening, Decem
ber 9th, at which time and place Mr.
Scott Davis and Miss Ida Weaver were
joined in the holy bonds of wedlock by
Rev. Moore.
The event was a surprise to many of
their friends, who, while they had fig
ured that Cupid's arrow would go
wbizilni into that locality one of .heaa
days, couldn't just guess the date, but
me teutaie license told the event a few
hours in advance of Its actual taking
plaoe.
But this is neither here nor there
they are married, and a nicer little
couple was never "jlned" by those same
bonds in all Southern Oregon. Aftnr
the ceremony, which was witnessed
only by Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Hicks, par
ticular friends of the young couple,. the
party adjourned to the home of the
bride's parents, in West Medford, where
they will live, for a time at least. '
