Lawton's 64th wedding anniversary and their children had planned a sur prise dinner for them and it was thoroughly a snrprise. D. T. and J. W. Lawton and their families gathered at the home of their sister, Mrs. G. H. Haskins, und in a body, together with Mr. T. F. West and Mrs. Dennison, they proceeded to the home of the old folks and there enjoyed a very pleasant dinner and had a general good time. The party hud provided themselves with plenty of lunch nnd when dinner was announced the tables groaned be neath their weight or eood things. There were three children and eleven grandchildren present. The most re markable feature, aside trom the cele bration of a 64th wedding anniversary, was the fact that all the children of the three generations were there no deaths or separations have ever occurred in the families. t Among the Churches.
