of Lake County as a logger and a rancher. He
bought his first logging truck at 16. He owned Briggs
Logging and logged for the Fremont Sawmill until
1986. In 1966 he bought and operated his own
ranch in Harney County. After selling he moved back
to Paisley in 2012. He took pride in his work and his
equipment and you will not find a harder working
