An offi cer responded and took a report. Donald Dickison Jr. April 29, 1967 - July 23, 2022 Donald Lewis Dickison Jr. was born April 29, 1967, in Willows, California. Donald was raised in North Powder, Oregon, and graduated from North Powder High School. In high school, Donald loved sports, especially basketball. He was a “wild man” on the basketball court. Donald enjoyed his years in high school and managed to get into a lot of mischief with his friends Shane Patterson, Gordy Gorham, and many others. After high school, Donald worked in manufacturing, sales, and for local landowners. He had a strong work ethic and was known as a hard worker. Donald also had a deep love for his dogs, “Bandit” and “Little Bit.” Most of all, Donald was known for infectious smile, his outgoing personality, and his love of life. Donald passed away on July 23, 2022, after a brave battle with cholangiocarcinoma. Donald is survived by his mother, Carol Crowson; his father, Donald Dickison Sr.; his sister, Shelley Wisenor; and two daughters, Mariah and Sophia. He was preceded in death by his older brother Joel Dickison. Anyone who wishes to donate to a cause in his honor, please consider something to help fight cholangiocarcinoma in hopes that they may find a cure for this disease. Kenneth Dale Webb Margaret Kingman December 3, 1931 – August 8, 2022 April 9, 1946 - August 3, 2022 Kenneth Dale Webb, 90, of Union, died Aug. 8, 2022, at the Grande Ronde Hospital. A graveside service will be held at the Union Cemetery on Friday, Aug. 26, 2022, at 10 a.m. Those who wish may make contributions in his memory to the Union VFW. Arrangements are en- trusted to Daniels-Knopp Funeral, Cremation & Life Celebration Center. Kenneth was born on Dec. 3, 1931, the son of Delmer and Elsie (Johnson) Webb in Greenfield, Oklahoma. In the 1940s he lived in Colorado for a time before mov- ing to Union County. He served with the United States Army during the Korean War. After his honorable dis- charge he returned to Union County. On July 30, 1969, he married Marjorie Pembrook. She preceded him in death on Feb. 3, 2003. Kenneth worked for Fleetwood Manufacturing until his retirement in 2008. He was a member of the Union VFW. He enjoyed woodworking, especially making toys and fishing. Survivors include his children, Les Webb of Perry, Darin Webb of Garabaldi, Stacie Campbell of Ely, Ne- vada, and Randy Webb of Union; sister, Carlene Raff of Bonney Lake, Washington, and other relatives and friends. Margaret Kingman, 76, of La Grande, Oregon, died on August 3, 2022. A private family graveside service will be held at Grandview Cemetery in La Grande. Margaret was born on April 9, 1946, to Robert and Helen (Michael) Kingman in Batesville, Indiana. The family later moved to Baker City, Oregon, where she graduated from Baker High School in 1964. Margaret’s favorite color was lavender. She loved the colors of Spring and enjoyed playing guitar. She was a Majorette for the Baker City Drum and Bugle Corps. Margaret would like to be most remembered for her sense of humor. She was preceded in death by her parents. Margaret is survived by her brothers, Louis (Pat) Kingman and John Kingman; and her sisters, Mary (Mark) Karl and Nancy (Dusty) Simonis.
