A Two Rivers Bonus Ride is set for Oct. 8, and the season ends Oct. 22 with the Bounty Train, including a meal by Ten Depot Street featuring ingredients from local farms, gardens, orchards and ranches. Trains run at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., both days from McEwen. September brings back short runs from Sumpter on Sept. 3 and 4, in conjunction with the town’s Labor Day weekend flea market. On Sat- urday, trains leave from Sumpter at 12:30 a.m., 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Sunday follows that schedule, plus an earlier ride at 11 a.m. The evening of Saturday, Sept. 3, is the Wine and Cheese Train sponsored by Copper Belt Winery and The Cheese Fairy. This train, for ages 21 and older, leaves McEwen at 6 p.m. The fare is $60. The next weekend features two spe- cial themed trains. The Full Moon ride is on Sept. 10 at 7 p.m., with fares of $25 adults and $16 for ages 3-17. The Hot Dog and Marshmallows Train on Sept. 11 leaves McEwen at noon. Fares are $28 adults, $25 seniors/military and $17 ages 3-17. The High Country Outlaws return on Sept. 24 and 25.
