Baker Technical Institute (BTI) is seeking a contractor to perform asbestos abatement and reroofing ac- tivities as outlined within the Bidding Documents. The scope of this Project will include, but is not limited, removal of existing built-up roof system including abatement and disposal of asbestos materials and metal flashings. Removal, replacement, and repair of all damaged existing roof sheathing and other existing construction located on the roof. The Central Building is currently unoccupied. The building a three-story historic stone building constructed in 1916-1917.
