A graveside service will be planned for the end of summer. Dorian was born on Oct. 13, 1939, in La Grande, Oregon, to Noy and Rena (Denny) Cox. He resided in Union, Oregon; Anchorage, Alaska; and Sacrament, California. He graduated from Union High School. He married his true love, Georgia Ann Olmstead. Dorian was employed with Wonder Bread in Sacramento, California, and Anchorage, Alaska, before becoming the director of public works in Union, Oregon. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping in his spare time. Dorian is survived by his wife, Georgia; children, David Cox and Chris Cox, both of California; sister, Wanda (Tork) Ballard of Baker City, Oregon; brothers, Tom (Peggy) Cox of Roseburg, Oregon, and John (Judy) Cox of Richland, Washington; one grandson, David Cox; and one great-grandson, Alexander Cox.
