The major change in this budget is that we have budgeted to complete the DEQ Wastewater Project that was began in fiscal year ending June 30, 2021. One time
expenditures to complete the project is aproximately $5,800,000. The other major project completed in 2020-2021 was the new well for the Water Utility Fund. This is
the reason for the decrease in estimated expenditures of 800,000 in the year 2021-2022.
