that someone has presented to you.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) -- You
may have to wait longer than expected today
for someone to step forward and commit to
helping you in a potentially risky endeavor.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) -- You can
measure profit in a wholly new way today,
and come out ahead. This doesn’t imply that
you cannot compete in a conventional way.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) -- You mustn’t
let the usual aches and pains get in your way
today. You’ll want to continue doing what
you’re doing at least until payday!
ARIES (March 21-April 19) -- How you
value a certain experience will be all-impor-
tant today. Is it the money, the lessons you
learn along the way or something else?
MONDAY, MAY 3, 2021
YOUR BIRTHDAY by Stella Wilder
Born today, you can at times prove quite
mysterious, even to those who know you best.
You appear to be one thing at one time, under
a given set of circumstances, and yet only
moments later, prompted by the most subtle
of shifts in the prevailing situation, you can
be something else again quite different --
even to the point of turning on those you
consider your dearest friends. Fortunately,
this is a rare occurrence. You can be quite
emotional, but you do your best to keep your
inner feelings hidden from the world.
TUESDAY, MAY 4
TAURUS (April 20-May 20) -- You’re
going to have to think of a few alternatives
today since your original plan is unlikely to
pan out. Borrow an idea from a friend!
GEMINI (May 21-June 20) -- Give your-
self a break today, and don’t expect to accom-
plish more than you had scheduled for your-
self. You needn’t be superhuman!
CANCER (June 21-July 22) -- Getting to
the end of a long-term project is simply a
matter of taking care of everything it entails
one at a time, in the proper order.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) -- You can prove
yourself right today even though others are
not having any of it. You needn’t have anoth-
er’s support to be strong and confident.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) -- Now is no
time for you to turn away from a challenge;
indeed, you have what it takes to face it head-
on and to overcome it in record time.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) -- You may wish
that things could go back to the way they
were, but you’ll soon begin wondering if they
were really that good to begin with!
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) -- A former
colleague may reach out to you today, and it
would behoove you to welcome any and all
overtures. A reunion can benefit both parties.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) -- Your
creative energy is on the rise today, and you
can almost surely come up with an uncon-
ventional solution to a rather stubborn prob-
lem.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) -- This is
a good day for experimenting with some-
thing new -- though you’ll want to take all
necessary precautions to avoid inherent dan-
gers.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) -- You may
be unusually affected by environmental influ-
ences today. If the weather is uncooperative,
however, you can still move forward.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) -- You can do
much to keep others in a good mood today
-- and the overall success of a collaborative
effort will depend on just that at this time.
ARIES (March 21-April 19) -- You don’t
want to become embroiled in a conflict that is
nothing more than a trivial waste of time.
Keep your goals in mind at all times.

today has all the necessary information.
There’s no standing still today, surely.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) -- You’ll have to do
a little digging today to come up with the one
piece of information you need to settle an
argument with a friend. Don’t wait!
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) -- You may
have to calibrate your own thinking a bit
today in order to be more in line with the way
others are thinking about a key situation.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) -- Your ability to
get past the glitter from a key situation and
right to the point will serve you well today.
Engage in honest talk!
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) -- Putting
yourself in another’s shoes may not seem like
the best plan today, but it can surely help you
temper your current perspective.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) -- You
may have to incur some risk today as you step
out of your comfort zone to meet a challenge

YOUR BIRTHDAY by Stella Wilder
Born today, you are one of the most ener-
getic and forward-thinking individuals born
under your sign, and you are all but guaran-
teed to enjoy a great deal of notoriety -- not
after you are gone, but during your lifetime!
You come across as fearless, and you seem to
be willing to try anything at all -- particularly
if it is something that others have yet to try.
MONDAY, MAY 3
TAURUS (April 20-May 20) -- You’ll be
addressing questions today that no one else,
perhaps, is willing to face directly. It’s up to
you to steer the crowd.
GEMINI (May 21-June 20) -- You may
come up with an idea that blows everything
wide open for you at this time -- and though
at first frightening, it’s also quite exciting.
CANCER (June 21-July 22) -- You’ll want
to be sure that someone working with you
