YOUR BIRTHDAY by Stella Wilder
Born today, you are almost certain to score
a number of memorable “firsts” in your life-
time, the majority of which will be during
your early years and shape the overall trajec-
tory of your professional, if not personal, life.
You’ll know what it is you must do in order to
excel and be noticed at an unusually early age,
and if you commit to that activity, your suc-
cess is all but guaranteed. Know, however,
that desire does not in itself bring you suc-
cess.
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 11
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) -- It’s time
to face a certain situation head-on. Don’t
leave the arena without knowing you’ve won
the day, as a rival will be persistent.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) -- You can
turn a routine endeavor into something of an
artistic statement today. Others will be eager
to follow suit -- if they can.
ARIES (March 21-April 19) -- Practice
what you can today and leave the rest up to
inspiration and improvisation. It’s a wild day
-- but a productive one.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20) -- It’s time for
you to unveil something you’ve been working
on for quite a while. Don’t be tempted to copy
a friend’s method; do it your own way!
GEMINI (May 21-June 20) -- You may be
looking down a long and winding road today,
but there’s no reason to think that you can’t
navigate it well and reach your destination.
CANCER (June 21-July 22) -- Now is no
time to tinker with something you know is
good; overworking it can only make a mess
and keep your work from having a major
impact.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) -- Focus on that
which you’ve left undone and you’ll surely be
able to get to the bottom of your list before
the day is out. Be sure to prioritize.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) -- You may
have trouble keeping a dark mood at bay, but
as it comes on, you should be able to make
room for it by completing key assignments.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) -- It’s a good day
to retrace your steps to determine where a
small but significant error was made. You
should discover that you’re in the clear.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) -- A problem
is exacerbated today by faulty positioning --
but it’s not you who are at fault. Quick action
on your part can save the day.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) -- You
must still toe the line today and give someone
precisely what he or she asks for without
complaint. You can improvise another time!
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) -- You
may not understand what someone is asking
you for, but by continuing to do what comes
naturally, you should have an easy time of it.
