December, 21st, 2020
Northeast Oregon Housing Authority has updated it’s Agency Plan
in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibili-
ty Act of 1998. It will be available for review on December 18th,
2020. A copy of the Agency Plan will be available at www.neoha.
org. Public comments may be submitted in writing by February 1st,
2021 by 8am to 2608 May Lane, La Grande, OR 97850 or email:
info.neoha.org.

LIC HEARING ON NEOHA’s 2021 Agency Plane on February

WHEREAS, the County governing body may sell, exchange or lease lands acquired through
foreclosure of delinquent tax liens pursuant to ORS 275.090; and

foreclosure of delinquent tax liens are owned by the County and not in use for County purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Baker County Board of Commissioners find that the sale of such properties to be in
the best interest of the County; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Baker County Board of Commissioners ORDERS the following:
