NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
A public meeting of the Huntington City Council will be held on June 16, 2020 at 6:00 pm at 50 E Adams
St., Huntington, Oregon. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the fiscal year begin-
ning July 1, 2020 as approved by the City of Huntington Budget Committee. A summary of the budget
is presented below. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at City Hall between the hours
of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. This budget is for an annual budget period. This budget was prepared on a
basis of accounting that is the same as the preceding year. The major changes and their effect on the
budget include the change from the modified accrual basis to the cash basis. The effect on the budget
is not expected to be significant.
A public meeting of the Cove RFPD will be held on June 24, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at 607 Main St., Cove,
Oregon. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020
as approved by the Cove RFPD Budget Committee. A summary of the budget is presented below. A
copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at 1205 Antles Lane Cove, OR between the hours of
11 a.m., and 4 p.m. This budget is for an annual budget period. This budget was prepared on a basis
of accounting that is the same as the preceding year. If different, the major changes and their effect on
the budget are:
