NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
A public meeting of the Board of Ed. for Baker School District 5J will be held on June 18, 2020 at 5:45
pm at Zoom Meeting-https://www.baker5j.org/apps/pages/Annualbudget. The purpose of this meeting
is to discuss the budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020 as approved by the Baker School
District 5J Budget Committee. A summary of the budget is presented below. A copy of the budget may
be inspected or obtained at 2090 4th Street, Baker City, Oregon between the hours of 7:30 a.m., and
4:30 p.m., or online at www.baker5j.org. This budget is for an annual budget period. This budget was
prepared on a basis of accounting that is the same as the preceding year. If different, the major chang-
es and their effect on the budget are:

The City of Enterprise Bud-
get Committee previously ap-
proved the budget for the fiscal
year July 1, 2020 to June 30,
2021 on May 13th, 2020. On
June 2nd, 2020 an error was
found in the Enterprise Waste-
water (Sewer) Fund. Prior to
making the required chang-
es, the Budget Officer for the
City of Enterprise will present
the corrections and ask for
re-approval of the Wastewater
(Sewer) Fund Budget and ap-
proval of Capital Improvement
(Fund 16, Sewer). There will be
a time for comments and ques-
tions from public, or comments
and questions can be emailed
to finance@enterpriseoregon.
org at least 2 hours prior to the
meeting start time of 5:30PM.
The Enterprise City Hall is lo-
cated at 102 E. North St., En-
terprise OR 97828. This is a
public meeting where deliber-
ation of the Budget Committee
will take place.
