directly -- and let a friend become involved.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) -- Like others born
under your sign, you will know whom you
can trust as soon as the day begins. You learn
things later on that may surprise you.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) -- You’re in no
mood to take on certain responsibilities
entirely on your own, but you may have to
work hard to persuade a friend to join you.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) -- Now is the
time for you to let someone close to you
know just how you feel about a certain topic
that has recently been a bone of contention.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) -- Someone
who has guided you through troubling times
is in need of assistance from you today. Give
it freely, with no strings attached.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) -- You
may not understand what is holding back a
friend or loved one at this time, but you’re
going to have to deal with it head-on today.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) -- You
may find yourself waiting for someone close
to you to make a difficult decision; you can
certainly use the time to your advantage.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18) -- The sup-
port you seek is almost sure to be offered, but
only just in time. It comes as no surprise that
a certain someone is resistant.
PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20) -- Keep things
simple today; you can avoid any sort of con-
fusion by being direct and honest -- even
about the most personal of personal issues.
ARIES (March 21-April 19) -- You have
what it takes today to lead others over treach-
erous terrain. Be sure you let them know
where you’re going before you start.
TAURUS (April 20-May 20) -- You’re
eager to see what comes of an agreement you
hammered out recently, and today the odds
are that you’ll get what you want -- eventually.

the trust deed, to satisfy the foregoing obligations thereby secured and the costs and expenses of the
sale, including a reasonable charge by the trustee. Notice is further given that any person named in
ORS 86.778 has the right, at any time prior to five days before the date last set for the sale, to have this
foreclosure proceeding dismissed and the trust deed reinstated by payment to the beneficiary of the
entire amount then due (other than such portion of the principal as would not then be due had no de-
fault occurred) and by curing any other default complained of herein that is capable of being cured by
tendering the performance required under the obligation or trust deed, and in addition to paying those
sums or tendering the performance necessary to cure the default, by paying all costs and expenses
actually incurred in enforcing the obligation and trust deed, together with trustee and attorney fees not
exceeding the amounts provided by ORS 86.778.
In construing this notice, the singular includes the plural, the word “grantor” includes any

Also, please be advised that pursuant to the terms stated on the Deed of Trust and Note, the

NOTICE
Without limiting the trustee’s disclaimer of representation or warranties, Oregon law requires
the trustee to state in this notice that some residential property sold at a trustee’s sale may have
been used in manufacturing methamphetamines, the chemical components of which are known to be
toxic. Prospective purchasers of residential property should be aware of this potential danger before
deciding to place a bid for this property at the trustee’s sale.
