YOUR BIRTHDAY by Stella Wilder
Born today, you are highly expressive and
always willing to share your thoughts and
opinions with those around you. You have a
habit of talking more than you listen, and that
can occasionally cause problems for you --
especially when you encounter someone as
vocal as yourself, or when you find yourself in
a situation that requires you to learn rather
than teach.
THURSDAY, MAY 21
GEMINI (May 21-June 20) -- You’ve not
been taking things very well when it comes to
opinions that differ from your own. It’s time
to pinpoint the cause of this problem.
CANCER (June 21-July 22) -- You mustn’t
let your eagerness be interpreted in the wrong
way today. You’re not about to give in to
another’s unreasonable demands.
LEO (July 23-Aug. 22) -- You may be
considering something that was not on the

table before, but much has changed since you
first found yourself in this position.
VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22) -- You’re not
willing to spend money on something sight
unseen today. Negotiations will continue,
therefore, until you strike a fair deal.
LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22) -- You’ve been
limiting yourself to ideas others would con-
sider small. Today you can begin to think big
and anticipate a large reward.
SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21) -- Someone
dear to you is likely to think you are judging
if you’re caught watching what he or she is
doing too closely. Keep your distance!
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21) -- You
and a loved one will have to compromise
when it comes to your destination today. You
can’t end up in two places at once, can you?
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19) -- You
may have changed your mind about some-
thing that was very important to you in the
past. Today you can share how you feel with

scribed public bidding proce-
dures and requirements. Wal-
lowa County further reserves
the right to reject for good cause
any and all bids upon a finding
