Pursuant to Order No. 2019-004 adopted by the Wallowa County
Board of Commissioners on May 6, 2019, authorizing the sale of real
property as provided for in ORS 275.110,
On May 4, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Wallowa County Courthouse
lobby, 101 S. River Street, Enterprise Oregon 97828 the Wallowa
County Sheriff shall sell at public auction to the highest and best bid-

Only U.S. currency or cashier’s checks made payable to Wallowa
County will be accepted for the full, final purchase price. Payment of
the purchase price must be made at the time of the acceptance of
the winning bid, at which time the buyer will receive a certificate of
sale. The property will be transferred by quitclaim deed in favor of the
buyer not less than two weeks after acceptance of the winning bid.
Wallowa County reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any
reason whatsoever. A copy of Order No. 2019-004 setting out the

erty, including the results of a mold inspection dated January 2018,
are available from the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners of-

In making the 2018 Mold Inspection report available, Wallowa Coun-

A public hearing on a proposed supplemental budget for North Powder School District 8J, Union
County, State of Oregon, for the fiscal year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 will be held on the 28th day
