(ORIGINAL) Premiere “Movie: In Secret” In 1860s Paris, a repressed young woman (Elizabeth Olsen) is trapped into a loveless marriage to her sickly cousin (Tom Felton) by her domineering aunt (Jessica Lange) in this 2013 crime drama from director Charlie Stratton (“Seacole”). Oscar Isaac, Shirley Henderson and Matt Lucas are also in the talented cast. “Movie: A Better Life” From “About a Boy” to “The Golden Compass,” Chris Weitz has shown great variety in his directing career, and he continues on that path with this 2011 drama. A gardener (Demian Bechir) in East Los Angeles does his best to give his son (Jose Julian) more options in life than he’s had himself, and an unexpected theft — and their shared response to it — has quite a bonding effect. Bechir earned a best actor Oscar nod for his touching performance. David Wilson Barnes, John Lithgow and Alison Pill also star. “Fighting With My Family” (Jan. 30) The career of WWE wrestler Paige (Florence Pugh, “Midsommar”) is the subject of this 2019 biographical comedy from writer/ director Stephen Merchant (“Hello Ladies”). Dwayne Johnson, Thomas Whilley and Nick Frost are also in the cast. “Ted Bundy: Falling for a Killer” (Jan. 31) The life of the infamous serial killer is viewed from the female perspective, uncovering how his pathological hatred of women collided with the feminist movement and culture wars of the 1970s, in this five-part docuseries. (ORIGINAL) “All or Nothing: CBF” (Jan. 31) The latest edition of the “All or Nothing” series takes a behind- the-scenes look at the Brazilian national soccer team’s victory at this year’s Copa America.
