We will begin by practicing the fundamentals of henna
design in pencil, with henna paste on paper, and finally
by placing designs on the body. We will practice together,
forming a supportive community of aspiring artists and
students of this ancient art. Henna has been used to
create beautiful temporary body art in many cultures,
from India to the Arabian Peninsula to North Africa. By
the end of the four weeks you will have mastered several
basic shapes and be able to create original henna designs

Fused Glass Bottle Stopper (Age 16+)

Create a bottle stopper out of glass in this make-&-take
class. Working with a wide palette of sheet glass col-
ors and pre-designed part sheets, you’ll plan, cut, and
assemble a kiln-formed glass piece to place on top of
a bottle stopper fitting. Your piece will be available for
pickup 3-4 days later, once it’s been fired and cooled in
