NEW YORK STOCKS NEW YORK UPI The stock market lost ground today on the uncertainties of the steel situa tion. Metals other than steel sag ged. Electronics issues fell at first and then came back smartly. Air crafts were irregular. Oils end fairly well with several up a point or two. Autos rallied from a de cline and ruled irregular. Losses in the steels ranged to 5 points in Youngstown Sheet St Tube. Most of them were down fractions to 4 points late in the day. Copperweld set a new high and held a gain of nearly 2 points. Universal Cyclops Steel touched 49 ran up to a new high at 53 Vi and then dipped to a fractional loss. Five People Die In Auto Wreck PALM SPRINGS, Calif. IUPU- Five people, including a one-month-old baby, were killed Sun day night when their car went out of, control, overturned and burst into flames on Highway 99 near Whitewater, Calif. Jack Bcal, 20, EI Monte; his sister Mrs. Ethel Johns, 33, Braw- Icy, and her three children were all killed in the crackup. Bcal and Mrs. Johns, along with a girl, 8, and a baby boy. 3, were thrown cut of 'the car and were dead when authorities ar rived. The one-rrionth-old baby burned in the car.
