WASHINGTON' ITP - Food jhoppcrs will find many of their favorite items still in generally good supply, but here and there, with cooler weather, some are getting scarcer and wearing slightly hither price tags. The heavier-type foods, though, remain still plentiful, such as pork, beef, and poultry. In pork, there's an excellent choice of smoked hams, bacon, sausage, and chops. Broiler-fryers, turkeys and hens are still in excellent supply, at most markets, and sonic stores are running specials on certain cuts of beef.
