La Grande; School District No. S and 5A, Union: School District No. 10. Island City: School District No. 11, Imbler; School District No. 15, Cove: School District Nr la, Ladd Canyon; School District No. 2.1, Elgin: School District No. 27, Fruitdale: School District No. 31. Telocaset: School District No. 4, Alicel: School District No. 52. Starkey; School district No. 71, Palmer Junction of I'nion County Oregon: that siecial school elec tions will be held at the places d-signated below on the 20th day of Ju'y. 159. between the hours of 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., for the pur pose of affording the voters in the above listed common school dis tricts an opportunity to approve or reject a proposal for an ad ministrative school district com prising all territory included in th; above' listed school districts, and all those small portions of land within Union County not now in part of any school district: and to vote for adjustment of property, assets, debts and liabilities. The following are the terms of adjustment of property, assets. debts and liabilities app'icable to said administrative school district and existing school districts which contain territory to be included within said administrative school district.
