SAL.M HJPIi Allo.-ney Gen
eral Robert - Y. . Thornton has
urged early passage of a la-.v In
creasing the use of chemical tests
in suspected "drunk driving"
cases. - - '. ' . - ' , '
Thornton called' for "implied

imply the consent of any person

to blood, breath or other tests
used in determining the amount
of alcohol consumed. ' tr 1;
He said the alcohol is a factor

stronger enforcement -against ;al-cohol-influcnced
