PLANE CRASHES
ON TEST FLIGHT

falo suburb, shortly alter 7 a. m. to
dny but the pilot escaped with a frac
tured arm and log as ho "balled out"

The pilot, Paul Ilovgard landed In

the plane crashed In various sections
of the city.
Witnesses said the plane motor
suddenly stopped and the ship went
into a flat spin.
