Mr. Forsythe Endorses All
Bran for Constipation
If you suffer from headaches,
loss of appetite and energy or any
other of the frequent effects of con
stipation, read this voluntary letter:
"After taking- pills and tablets
for about thirty years for consti-
Ention, I started to take your Al.L
RAN three times a day according
to directions. Today I can cat
cheese, and that is binding, and
certainly fee! fine." Mr. Ed. For
sythe, Box 219, Youngstown, N. Y.
' Science says All-Bran provides
DuiK to exercise the intestines,
and vitamin B to further aid regu
lar habits. In addition, All-Bkan
is rich in blood-building iron.
The "bulk" in All-Bran is much
like that of leafy vegetables. Inside
tho body, it forms a soft mass which
gently clears the intestines of
wastes.
Isn't this pleasant "cereal way"
far more healthful than using pat
ent medicines so often habit
forming? Just eat two tablespoonfuls daily.
In serious cases use with each meal.
If not relieved this way, see your
doctor. k

How to make
good coffee
r nly 3 things are necessary (1) a drip coffee maker in which
boiling water drips through (2) a specially prepared coffee and
(3)a filter paper. That's all! And it never fails! Delicious every
time! Always crystal clear! In a Drip Maker, the water drips
'through the coffee but one time, not many times as in a
Percolator. At that one time, all the rich fragrant flavor is
extracted from a coffee specially l.rei.ared to viehl iu fl:.vr
