f cases being tried Monday in the
I justice) court by Judge 1 Denhtun,
Roy Zaugg was charged with ang
ling tor fish without a license. He was
tried, found guilty and fined $25
which he failed to pay. He was com
mitted to Jnil.
Burton Huston was arrested for
reckless driving to which charge he
plead, guilty and paid a fine of 925.
J. A. Jennings, was also charged
with angling for fish without a li
cense, plead guilty, was fined $26
and the execution of the Judgment
was suspended.
