Smartness is all on the surface,
for all the world to see, this spring.
Surface interest, with the raughiah
grain, has invaded all types of dress
and coat fabrics, millinery fabrics,
and also leathers. Scuff proof leath
ers for shoes are not only smart,
but a joy and a blessing. Spring
shoes with the new rough, surfaces
